MASICON 2026- the annual state conference of surgeons of Maharashtra, is currently underway at Gondia, bringing together over 1200 surgeons from across the state for academic exchange and skill enhancement.
Day 1 was dedicated to speciality skill courses, offering hands-on learning and focused discussions.
I was privileged to serve as a faculty for the CHIVATE procedure for haemorrhoids, where I presented my step-by-step surgical video and shared practical insights from my experience.
It was truly an enriching experience—both contributing my perspective and learning from esteemed faculty colleagues.
I extend my sincere thanks to the delegates and fellow faculty members—Dr Laxmikant Ladukar, Dr Atish Bansod, Dr Jiten Chaudhary, and Dr Govind Kodwani—for the engaging interactions and knowledge-sharing.
Special appreciation to the course conveners, Dr Rajiv Kolte and Dr Bhagwan Kamble, for curating an excellent academic program.
